Shipping Information

Australian Shipping

Diana Miller uses Australia Post registered e-parcels for all shipments of prints, greeting cards and cushions, allowing you to track your order from placement to delivery. Larger orders may be sent via courier.

Once posted or on a courier your tracking information will be emailed to you with an estimate of the delivery date. Please email me on diana@miller.as if your order does not arrive within 7 working days of the dispatch date.

Tracking of your parcel is your responsibility. If your item is not collected from your local post outlet it will be returned to me and a $9.90 handling fee will be incurred to re-post the order.

If an item is in stock it will be shipped within one to two business days. If an item such as a print needs to be ordered it can take up to 7 business days to be shipped.  This is because my printing is handled in Brisbane, QLD and I work from Newrybar, NSW. Prints need to be couriered to me first for signing before I can send them on to you.

Prints

Large prints are shipped rolled in a postage tube and smaller prints are posted flat on acid free boxboard.

Delivery takes between 2 -7 business days Australia wide, depending on your location. 

Cushions.

Allow 5 -14 business days for delivery Australia wide, depending on stock levels and your location. 

Paintings

All paintings are shipped with specialist art freight companies and are quoted on a case by case basis. Pricing depends on destination and size of artwork purchased.

All freight pricing includes GST and must be paid directly to the freight company. Diana Miller will co-ordinate the 2 parties and collection date of painting. Delivery of artwork (timing) is a matter between the freight company and the purchaser. The 2 must liaise privately to arrange delivery and payment.

International Shipping

I currently do not offer international shipping, but this may change in time. If you wish to enquire about an international delivery please send an email to diana@miller.as to receive a custom quote for the freight to your location.
