Returns Policy

At Diana Miller we do not exchange an item simply for a change of heart. Please ensure you make the right choice at the time of purchasing  If an item is faulty you must return the item within 7 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. All products must be returned unused, and all original packaging must be returned or an exchange or refund will not issued. 

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact Diana Miller as soon as possible. In the case of returns or exchange where Diana Miller is at fault, Diana Miller will pay the shipping costs for returning the faulty or incorrect item and for dispatching the replacement item to you. A refund or exchange will be issued for goods that are damaged or incorrect.

All items being returned to Diana Miller, remain your property until received by Diana Miller. The safe return and postage cost of the product is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest that tracking and insurance be used. A re-postage fee of $9.90 will be charged.
