At Diana Miller we do not exchange an item simply for a change of heart. Please ensure you make the right choice at the time of ordering. If an item is faulty you must return the item within 7 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. All products must be returned unused, and all original packaging must be returned or an exchange or refund will not issued.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact Diana Miller as soon as possible. In the case of returns or exchange where Diana Miller is at fault, Diana Miller will pay the shipping costs for returning the faulty or incorrect item and for dispatching the replacement item to you. A refund or exchange will be issued for goods that are damaged or incorrect.
All items being returned to Diana Miller, remain your property until received by Diana Miller. The safe return and postage cost of the product is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest that tracking and insurance be used. A re-postage fee of $9.90 will be charged.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Contact Diana Miller to request a return – you will receive a response within 24 hours – firstname.lastname@example.org
- Package your item carefully and ensure all original packaging is included. Any products that are returned damaged or without original packaging will not be subject to exchange or refund.
- All return postage costs are to be paid by the customer, and we suggest using tracking and insurance.

- On receipt of the order and after an inspection of the condition is made, Diana Miller will then issue an exchange or credit for the item.
If a parcel is unable to be delivered due to an error where you are at fault e.g incorrect details provided to Diana Miller or due to failure of collection at your local post depot, Diana Miller will not be liable for re-postage of your order. If you wish to have the parcel re-delivered, you will need to cover the cost of re-delivery to your address. Alternatively you may request a refund for your order. The cost of postage will not be refunded to you..
